I've been at a standstill with my weight for about a month. I'm thinking about trying the zig-zagging calorie intake method. What are your words of caution and experience? .... Help!!

I've never done it, but just checked it out--interestingly enough, it tells me that I should be eating 168 more calories per day than I already am.0

I also am at a standstill. I have heard several people say they have had good luck with it , it is worth a try0

I zig zag my calories all the time...I go from 1100 to 1400. Some days I'm hungry and others I'm not...I try to listen to my body and drink plenty of water. I know its helped me when I felt like Ive been at a stand still. Ive also tried to switch up my excercise from walking, jogging, and dancing. I hope it helps you out!0
