Hi y'all! It's almost Friday! I ran a little over 8 miles this morning. My 7 month old decided to get up for the day at 4:30 this morning and skipped his morning nap, so by the time we made it to the gym, I was in dire need of a good run. It was awesome!

Runners... anyone ever heard of Hood to Coast???
So every year for the past 8 years (minus last year b/c I was huge pregnant) I've run a relay race called the Hood to Coast. It's 197 miles from the top of Mt. Hood to Seaside, Oregon. Hi y'all! I guess I'm the first to post. I had every intention of going a nice long distance, but couldn't get into it, so I only ran 4 miles and then I did the stair climber for 20 more minutes and lifted. Ugh... it was a MONDAY indeed. Hoping everyone else had better workouts than me!
