In the mornings, I will do a rotation in the morning using 21 Day Fix 30 mins for 4 weeks, Insanity Max 30 - 4 weeks & T25 for 4 weeks. In the evenings, 5 days a week, I will do a 60 minute rotation. Day 6 COMPLETE
I hope you had a great day! This morning prior to leaving for work, I finished my 60 squats,30 sit ups, 12 crunches, 12 leg raises and 20 sec plank.

Good Evening friends I am feeling better but still resting! Challenge DONE! 75 Squats, 25 Sit-ups, 10 Crunches, 10 Leg Raises & 15 Second Plank.

Good Afternoon Day 2 is done 50 Squats and I also AB's COMPLETED. I was finishing up last months I started with I saw my Girl GoldenGirl was doing AB's and Pushups so I started a little bit later and finished yesterday. Today was 20 sit ups 8, crunches, 8 leg raises and 12 sec plank all DONE!!!!!

Day 2 Done where you all at?
I did mine this afternoon today was crazy my goal was to do 3.5 - 4.0 classes since I'm off this week. I did Aerobics with resistance bands, step n sculpt, JM 6/6 and Body Combat! It was a great day how was yours? Are you challenging yourself?
