I have lost 28lbs as of today. I started at 171.4 and as of this morning was 142.2lbs. I have lost 5 inches off my waist, and 5 off my hips. I am pretty proud of the accomplishments I have made so far. Onward to the last 19! :)

how often do you update your weight in your heart rate monitor?
I keep forgetting to update mine. I mean I know my burned calories are probably off when I forget to do it, but I am down 27lbs so it doesn't really seem to matter. I just forgot again and when I fixed it, the difference was 4lbs. Do you do yours with every pound lost? how often do you update yours?

Polar ft4 shock
Good lord. I've been calculating my burn too high. I got a polar ft4 and today was my first workout. Before, mfp said I burned 332, elliptical said I burned 415. My polar said I burned 275!! I had active minutes, but they have now vanished
Does anyone know why this happens? I went on a 1 hour speed walk/jog along te gulf coast. When I was finished I had logged 7,000 steps and 41 active minutes. I then went to eat lunch and log it and now my active minutes say 0. This is confusing. How did I do 41 active minutes to nothing?

Confused with my fitbit
I synced it to mpf and it keeps adding exercise calories burned when I haven't done anything except a 400 calorie burned workout this morning. I'm up to 900 calories burned and I don't know where it's coming from. It's screwing with my food log. Where are these burned calories coming from? Ugh.
