Anyone do this? Is it decent or not even worth it? How would you log this workout on mfp? Aerobics?

This site says the sections are: warm-up 6 min /11 strength/11 strength/13 strength/16 strength/ 6 min. stretch.

Looks like you want to use strength training under cardiovascular. I recommend taking off for the warm-up & stretch because MFP tends to give inflated estimates.0 -
There is a calisthenics option in the strength training part of the database. I would use that. And I agree to remove the warm up and cool down. I use a HRM and get a pretty close calorie count logging it as 40 minutes rather than the whole workout.0
