Has anyone been diagnosed PCOS and also hypothyroid? I can't seem to make progress doing the right things for PCOS. I made an apt to get my thyroid tested because I feel this may be the problem. I do have a benign cyst on my thyroid but long ago my numbers were normal, which I hear can also be false positives if not…

This will help clean eaters...or those who want to be :)
I've been seeing a few posts from people who want help with clean eating. It's surprising where some foods are at but for those who need lists and guidelines, this is…

As everyone is worried about the dreaded holiday season, and the beginning of a new year, I want people to look back and see what they have achieved this year. s2h earn points for being active
I saw an article in my most recent Shape magazine about an s2h band you wear on your wrist.
