I'm gonna start the P90x and don't know which version to do...the classic or lean. I wanna be ripped but I really like my cardio so should I go with the lean? Can I substitute some yoga for the plyometrics or is my best bet to just follow the schedule? Someone with experience, please help.

I started with classic and morphed into doubles in week 5. I'd highly recommend keeping plyo, the toughest workout, as part of this program.

Since your goal is to get ripped and you do not have much weight to lose, do the classic version and follow the schedule for exercise and nutrition. After you complete the initial 90 days, you might want to consider some substitutions or make your own hybrid program. The first 90 days are laid out for you for a reason: Beachbody tested the program before selling it to the public, so they know what works best. Good health!

I've done the program a while back and it works. Now I incorporate P90X into my own hybrid type workout. The program is very flexible AFTER you reach your fitness goal for maintaining fitness and weight management.
