PB & prune puree sandwich??
I had a craving for PB&J but used an arnold thins bun, almond butter, and Sunsweet Lighter Bake prune puree. The Lighter Bake had been in my fridge for a while and decided to taste it on it's own. Not bad and only 35 cal, 5g sugar per tablespoon. Found my new jelly replacement!

What is the Sunsweet Lighter Bake prune puree and where did you find it?
Thanks,

Sounds delish! Where did you find the prune puree? I have never seen it.0

It's a oil & fat replacer for baking made from pureed prunes and apples. You can find it in the baking sections. It gives you the conversion factors on the label to replace how much for either oil or butter in a recipe but in this case I just decided to do something else with it.0

I live in Wisconsin and we have a store called Woodmans, I don't think it's too common if you were looking in Walmart or something like that.0 -
Thanks! I will look around for it.0
