What are people setting their numbers at during maintenance? I dont like MFP's default ratios. I think I am a 40/30/30 right now - my own settings... and is it working to keep your BF% at your goals? Cheers

Are people using the amount that MFP suggests or flying by your own %'s? I changed mine around by putting protein up and carbs down. I was doing a 130G carbs, 180G protein and 72G fat (Approx) on cut. When I put the maintenance cals in (about 2300) it showed me 300G carbs, ubder 100G protein, etc... I set mine to 200 G…

Why can't people get their database entry CORRECT??
I have noticed many times that upon scanning a bar code things are incorrect!!! They will get the right food but the numbers are way off!!
