Made some homemade chocolate chip ice cream sandwiches which I am addicted to.

you can switch up to a different type of ice cream or cookie if you like. This is what I use myself... You only need 1.4 cup of ice cream with the small cookies..

I do the same thing but I use frozen yogurt!!! so yummy! =]
