Should I keep eating if I'm not hungry?
I have been trying to ensure that I have my recommended daily intake of fruits and vegetables, calcium & iron, and I find at times I am forcing myself to eat just to make sure I am eating enough calories. I have continued to lose a significant amount of weight, so is this ok?

I feel like dog poopy!
I have not been feeling so hot since yesterday after noon. Anything that has gone in has come back out. I'm hoping that a couple of days of poor nutrition will not put my body into starvation mode. I'm drinking lots and trying to eat when I feel( but not so good with the eating part yet).
