Glad to hear I'm not the only one. I wondered if it was due to the fact that 95% of my diet atleast is from whole foods now. None the less my body is feeling healthier than ever and that's the main thing.

I like to have 1 cup of All Bran Flakes, 1/4 cup of All Bran Original, 3/4 Milk, with berries for breakfast. It's about 220 calories and close to half the daily required iron. Then I amke up the rest with my meat and leafy greens.

I must admit I'm glad to hear that videos can be great for toning etc.. I've always wondered how well they work. Obviously it makes a difference what ones you get.
