I've been up and down in weight for the last 10 years and ready to get a more healthy figure and life style. I would like to thank my sister for inviting me to this site we all need help with any fight and why not a positive one. Wish me luck as I wish you all luck as well. Let get it going..YIPPY! :happy:

    That was such a touching post because I know how genuine it is... You will be getting lots of support from this site. I've only been on a week, but because of the new MFP friends I've made, I'm sticking to it!!!
