HIIT advice
I just completed my first HIIT workout today on the stationary bike. 10 min warm up then 8 sets of (30sec all out then 2 min recovery) 30 min moderate pace & 5 min cool down. Excercise calories earned
So I commuted to work & it says I've earned another 1200 calories on top of my 2100. I will be short of the recommended amount by about 800 calories. I thought I read somewhere that you should try to eat the recommended calories. So is it a good thing or a bad thing to be so far under the suggested calories?
