What's your preferred night to go out on a first date? Any certain days that are off limits? Personally, I don't have a favorite, but Friday/Saturdays usually work for me if it's a night date. Sat/Sun are if it's an all day type thing. You?

63lbs down, going for 188 and abs..

Do women not look at the toilet first...
How do you fall in b/c the seat is up? Shouldn't you look AT the toilet as you're walking to it? I've never understood the whole "I fall in if the seat isn't left down" argument. however, when the gf is in town, I do leave the seat down b/c it's polite. But I've never understood the arguments.

10 months ago I could drive 6.3 miles.. now I run it.
I just got done running 6.3 miles, with a time of 55:45. I ran 5 miles w/ out stopping and only walked about 1:20 worth. I must say, I'm deeply impressed with myself. I was talking with my employee about how dead myspace was.. so we decided to look at our profiles. Came across some pictures from June 2008... wow. I'm happy & pissed at the same time. Left - 2008 approx 275lb Right - Aug 2011 approx 212lbs As of today I'm 207 on my way to 178-185. 178lbs will mark 100lb loss for me.

Polar FT7 & iPhone/Shuffle problems?
Anyone else have/having problems with their HRM and playing music/movies? The songs will skip, restart, forward, tell me what song is playing (on the shuffle) - I've narrowed it down to the headphones, it only does it when the headphones are plugged in. Putting it in airplane mode doesn't work, it still causes problems.
