We are ALL here because we want to be in better shape then when we came here. Its that simple. When i look in the mirror, i dont think i look fat. But according to standards, Im overweight. By a whole pound -__- I am 5'3 I weigh 142 pounds. 17 pounds of which is contained in a bra. Im a 34 DDD. I dont think Im fat. I wear a size 7 in Juniors clothing and I can wear the same clothes I wore when I was 15, and Im 22. Tell me how Im fat?

go to my facebook and look at me. im not lying. my name is cecilia lewis roberson. second. im in the navy and live in san diego. and ive maintained looking this way after two hospitalzations that left me bedridden as well as having a child.

doctors can weigh your breasts. plastic surgeons. i was looking to get a breast reduction after having my daughter. i was a G back then(almost two years ago) my breast weighed 26 pounds after having my daughter. im down to a DDD and my breasts weigh what they do now. Im not saying fat is a bad word. Im just disgusted with the people who just look at what i weigh and say im fat, when i look at myself and know im not.

im not taking the thread seriously. Fat is not a bad word. Its just used badly sometimes. What Im trying to say is that fat should be used to describe an appearance rather than a number. different weights look different on different people.
