When I am running, the heartrate goes blank - could it be that my rate is too high and it wouldn't register. I only run in 1 - 2 minute spurts but several times now it goes blank. If it doesn't register I am assuming that I'm not getting credit for that hard work either.:noway: ???????

Salad idea...
So I was looking in the fridge - i threw reduced fat feta, chunked pineapple, avacado, greens, cukes, tossed in balsamic vinegar with salt and pepper - YUMMMY Pineapple was a last second throw in and it's great in the salad! What do you throw in your salad?
