So I was looking in the fridge - i threw reduced fat feta, chunked pineapple, avacado, greens, cukes, tossed in balsamic vinegar with salt and pepper - YUMMMY

Pineapple was a last second throw in and it's great in the salad!

What do you throw in your salad?

mmm...mandarin oranges, grapes, raisins, peanuts, cheddar cheese cubes, grilled chicken breast, baby spinach. Of course, everything in moderation...otherwise my "salad" would be a bowl of cheese & peanuts.

My bowl would be croutons, bacon and cheese with lots of homemade ranch!!!

    OK so enough bad ideas...

I did have grilled chicken on the salad too!
  • Your choice of lettuce, Craisins, dried cherries, sunflower kernals, fat free feta cheese, strawberries, chicken breast, and Annie's Natural's Honey Mustard Dressing. (The salad dressing only has 20 calories and is seriously delicious! I found it in the organic aisle at my grocery store.) This is my new favorite dinner option- It's soooo good!

I love lettuce, tomato, onion, cheese cubes, turkey bacon cut up, a slice or two of ham, a cracker or two crumbled up or crutons with light ranch? And I dont dig fruit in my salad... hehe
  • OMG!! I hope I can find this salad dressing. I love Honey Mustard dressing but gave it up because it was so high in calories! Thanks for the info!!

  • Ok, after looking up the nutritional info online I realized that I lied - it has 45 calories, but it's still really low and doesn't taste low-cal! Enjoy my fellow salad lovers! :drinker:
