Realistic Goals for 2023-
We all make New Year Resolutions.... and usually by February they are forgotten. What are some ways You have used to keep on track? For me, I would like to lose 100 pounds. So my doctor says I need 180 carbs a day. No more no less. 60 a meal. But the carb goal I set keep changing. I get it that with exercise I am allowed more, but can I keep the carb goal static?
