I'm looking for an accountability partner. I've really been off track. I'm prediabetic. I've been doing intermittent fasting, tracking my food, water intake, 30 minutes of dumbbells, and trying for 20 minutes of cardio.

    Are you maintaining, or trying to lose . . . since you're asking in the maintaining part of the Community?

    If maintaining, maybe join in the monthly "Maintainers' Check-in" thread in this section as an accountability method?

    If losing, you might get more responses if you post in another area, such as "Getting Started", or there are accountability threads/groups you could join in the "Challenges" or "Motivation and Support" sections. There are a couple of exercise accountability threads in "Fitness and Exercise", too.
