Type 2 Diabetic
I am a type 2 diabetic and eating a Low carb diet, I am interested in learning how to eat enough carbs to prevent going low in the night. Is there anyone else who is a diabetic trying to maintain my sugar level below 180 after meals.

Wouldn't it be awesome if the blood glucose readings from my app appeared on the app - is that poss?
Newly back on this cool app as trying to improve health and monitor diabetes better - it would be good to see what foods spike my levels as I'm logging my meals throughout the day. On the Low- carb plan so it's not a problem...but may already be available and I haven't worked that bit out. :)

More protein please
I’m having trouble reaching my daily protein goals. Usually I’m getting about a 1/3 of what I need. I’d love any tips on how I can increase my protein while keeping carbs down. I also won’t eat fish.

Weight loss progress not updating?
So I’ve been on plan a week… in a healthy deficit all week and as a result I’ve lost 2kgs in my first week - you best believe I logged that drop so quick I almost tripped up running to the app. I added it feeling proud! When I nipped on later to log food I notice that my newsfeed updated the change for my friends to see…

I have been taking metformin on and off for years (PCOS and prediabetes). I am going to give it a real try this time. I think the longest I've taken it as prescribed was around 3 months. No longer pre-diabetic
I have been pre-diabetic for years. I got serious about my health and fitness a few months ago after a very scary episode of losing vision in my eye. I am surprised it only took me two months to make progress! My A1C is still on the high end of normal but, I am so happy I am making steps backwards. :)

Well it’s been more than a hot minute since I tracked every morsel that went in to my mouth… and at my fittest and healthiest when I last embarked on a weight loss journey I was 5stone lighter than I am currently. Type 2 Diabetes and Fiber - Food Recommendations
I recently had a sigmoidectomy (colon resection). In pre-op, I found out I was Type 2 diabetic with an A1C of 7.3. Doctors have suggested starting with DEW (diet, exercise, water). I've already lost 10 pounds. Here's the challenge -- because of my colon issues -- I should be eating at least 30 grams of fiber a day. I don't…

Old dog, new tricks
I resolved to lose weight about two years ago. With the help of Noom I lost 55 lbs. I started to take Pilates lessons, walked more, and reduced my A1C from 7.2 to 6.0. I’m diabetic 2. I gained about 10 lbs back and want to lose it and then some more. Being diabetic makes food choices more complex.

Trying.Fitness Pal again, and having tribe right off the bat. I'm on my second day, although it's only about 2:00 am. In the last hour, I've eaten an apple - not bad, eh? . . . I'm looking for more people like me. I was misdiagnosed as a Type 2. LADA is Type 1. Adult onset. If you come in overweight docs will assume you are Type 2. And wont test! I was put on the wrong med for 2 years. Are there any other LADA's out there?
