**"Lifelong Weight Loss Journey: Finding Balance in My 70s"**

Hi everyone,
I’m in my 70s and have been on a lifelong journey with weight and health. At my highest, I weighed 320 pounds, and over the years, I’ve lost 100 pounds—twice—but unfortunately gained it back both times. Despite the ups and downs, I’m currently 50 pounds down and feeling determined to keep moving forward.
My health has been a significant motivator. I’ve had two heart stents placed, and while I deal with diabetes and high blood pressure, both are thankfully under control. Staying on top of these conditions has taught me the importance of persistence and small, consistent changes.
I’m here to connect with others who understand the challenges of weight loss and heart health, especially later in life. Sharing experiences, tips, and encouragement means a lot to me, and I’m excited to be part of this community.
