I'm new to logging my food/weight and setting macro goals. I'm trying to reverse pre-diabetes. Testing my blood sugar frequently. Has anyone figured out a way to use this app to watch blood sugar progress with weight loss?

I reversed mine while using mfp, set my macros to 5% carbs 75% fat 20% protein.
Checked my bs before food and 2 hours after food to see how it levels out and what foods made it go through the roof( I.e bananas. ).
After 3 months it was reversed and I didn’t need to take meds for it anymore.0 -
