Hello my name is Jacky
I have type2 diabetes
Diagnosed with a mental disability schizophrenia bipolar1 disorder with Amnesia
I am thankful for myfitnesspal that helps make it easier to track down my health progression
I have a team of doctors therapists and nutritionist helping me with a health plan for weight loss and healthy living
Due to my health concerns I am mainly on a low carb diet
45 grams of carbohydrates per meal
And 15 grams of carbohydrates per snack
I eat 3 meals and have 2 snacks in between
I'm also doing intermediate fasting
I let my body rest 12hrs without food following my meal schedule
Breakfast 8am
Snack 10am
Lunch 12pm
Snack 2pm
Dinner 4pm
[12hr fast or more]
My goal is to lose 1 to 3 pounds per week
I'm happy to say that I've lost a total of 20 pounds in the month of November 2024 following the low carb diet along with when I eat, What I eat and How much I eat
I'm looking forward to reach my weight loss goal and reversing my diabetes in two years from now knowing that it is a lifestyle to follow and take care of for the rest of my life
