Hello,
I had been using Calorie King for years, but it has been down for several days. After a Google search, I decided to try out myfitnesspal.
Tell me something I should know about myfitnesspal to help me get up and running.
Thanks,
Clint

This thread is IMO the best single on-ramp to using MFP successfully:

Don't let the joke-y clickbait title put you off, it's all serious, sensible information.
After that, as you have time, go into the "Getting Started" and "Health and Weight Loss" sections of the Community, and start reading some posts under the "Most Helpful Posts" heading there. Pick and choose ones that appeal to you, and just chip away at reading them. I learned a lot that way. (I've used MFP for nearing 8 years now, little under a year losing from obese to a healthy weight, 7ish years maintaining in a healthy weight range.)
Those are my best tips about getting started here.
Best wishes for success!2
