I bulked...minus the weight lifting 😬
Took some time to lean out to 145lbs at 5'9 on my cut (first picture). Things happened and I put on 25lbs in a shortish time(second picture). I think I over restricted and when I went into my maintenance period I lost control. 🫠 I dont know how people maintain abs all year long, and to be honest, idk if i prefer myself…

106 lbs down, still going
I’ve carried extra weight since I was a teenager. Working a 9-5 desk job with late nights and constant stress over the years just piled it on more. Last year I stepped on the scale and hit 238 lbs - my all-time high, at 5’4”. I’d get winded walking up a single flight of stairs. I avoided group photos, hated clothes…

This may already be out there but… Why not make a tab where you could update what ingredients you have on hand with 2 categories. 1. Protein for items in your freezer. 2 Refrige for what produce, dairy ect that you have on hand. Then have a button where u could run an AI algorithm to design meals based on what you have on…

Is the Wegovy pill working out for anyone?
I have struggled with weight my entire life, and after Covid, weight was so hard for me to lose. I was doing lower carb, counting calories, going to the gym 3-4x a week and still not losing anything. I then started the Wegovy pill in April per my doctor as the weight wasn't truly dropping off. Since starting the pill, I…

Recipes Need a Note Section.
Hi everyone ! I don’t know about you, but I love the recipe feature way more over the meals feature. I can make servings sizes which is why i love it the most. HOWEVER, it NEEDS a note section. I’ll put thoughts and things to keep in mind in the title when I just want to put it in the notes section that doesn’t exist. I…

I’m 22 years old, 183 cm tall, and I work an office job where I sit for about 8 hours a day. I regularly go to the gym, run, and hike, so I stay fairly active outside…

MFP has become boring and lonely
Hello all true MF Pals. While I still track my food and fitness here, I do miss the friend feed. Unfortunately MFP has become cold, boring and lonely. Is anyone experimenting with other apps they like better? How about the use of AI for reaching diet and fitness gaols as well as having a more social construct to it?…

Allow more and separate snacks sections between meals for gestational diabetes
So I'm pregnant and was diagnosed with gestational diabetes (pregnancy diabetes). As part of the diet, it's recommended to eat 2-3 snacks sessions a day, paying attention to carbs, fat, and protein. But by only having one snacks section in the app, it means we have to remember which snacks were eaten at which time of the…

Am I the only one who finds cooking oil difficult to log consistently?
I've been thinking about this while logging my meals. Cooking oil is used in so many recipes, but I often find myself estimating it or forgetting to log it altogether. I'm curious: Do you measure your cooking oil every time? Do you estimate it? Or do you usually skip logging it? I'd love to know how everyone here handles…
