Hello again.
Just wanted to say hello everyone. It's been a while. From 2017-2018 I had lost 76 lbs using MyFitnessPal. I was so happy… Unfortunately, without getting into the specifics as to why, I fell off track, put the weight back on...and then some. So I'm posting here today to keep myself accountable and tell myself I can do this…

Calories in Alcohol
I'm from the UK and I know food packaging is required to have calories and nutrition information labelled clearly, a lot also using the traffic light kinda system to clearly show nutritional values in each serving. Alcohol however doesn't need to adhere to this packaging. I'm a student and don't drink more than once every…

How do you decide how many calories or macros?
So I see that you can go on and plug in your weight age and things like that and it’ll say here or use this many calories. And you can do the same to get your macros. I can’t help thinking that that is not specific to a person so to speak. I wanted to be able to do keto, but it doesn’t work out well for me as I don’t have…

Exercise control via exercise
Whenever I feel like I've hit rock bottom in life I attack my weight. When it feels like nothing is in my control I forcefully take control over my body with rigorous exercise/dieting because if I can make progress there (getting fit has been my biggest challenge throughout my life), than I can hopefully find the…

To lose weight, can you eat back the calories you burned during exercise?

100+ lbs to lose, looking for community for motivation!
Greetings! I am 36 years old and about a week into my fitness journey. I've always struggled with my weight. About 10 years ago, I managed to get down near my goal weight, but I've steadily put it all back on. Trying again to get control of my health! Please add me if you'd like to motivate each other!

Why aren't you allowed to set water intake goals?
Water intake is a cornerstone of any fitness plan and should be adjusted according to exercise, weight/BMI, fiber intake, etc. How does a food and fitness tracking app not have this feature - especially when they want you to pay for a premium subscription?
