Fell off-track, back because my smartphone finally supports MyFitnessPal.

Hi I'm Amanda. I changed to a vegan lifestyle a little over six months ago and just started college in September. Eating and exercising were a lot easier before college started but MyFitnessPal was a helpful tool for success during a different phase of my fitness journey. It felt good to swim today and get, it actually burned the most calories and helped me manage my stress. I still have a lot of high-carb foods, but I am looking to eventually transition to vegan keto... I'm using the free version and I have two vegan keto ebooks I purchased from Google Play including a beginners guide. I am not getting rid of all my high-carb food at once as the ebook stated that this leads to keto flu. I also have a current Vitamin D deficiency and a history of B12 deficiency. Don't worry, I have supplements for both.
