So I have created a diet that gives

1530 remaining calories
300g remaining carbs
26g remaining fats
23g remaining protein
830mg remaining
87g remaing sugar

My Question is as to what should I do now.
I have basically loaded up on Protein powder, chicken, eggs and milk.
I will also incorporate fruits, but what else can I add?

For ref:
I have taken 2663 kcal budget
166g protein
300g carbs
74g fats

I am 176cm, 60.4 kg 18m if that helps, and skinnyfat. My Plan is to do a Body Recomposition.

As far as I can tell, 2663 is probably a calorie surplus for you, which would make it a lean bulk probably, and not a recomp. Based on your stats and your description of "skinny fat", a lean bulk and a structured lifting program is the best thing for you imo. You didn't mention lifting though. Are you? Something like Starting Strength or Strong Lifts if you're a beginner, perhaps.

Your protein budget is high. If you're lifting, studies show 0.7g/lb is all you need. You're at 1.25g/lb. It's probably not going to do you any harm, it's just that it's relatively expensive calories for little if any benefit. The "bro myth" was 1g/lb and that's overkill.
