My weight kinda keeps bouncing up and down a few pounds every day. Just need tips just starting out and are 205 pds but for my age should be way way less I’m pretty strong can bench 180 squat 290 but need tips on losing weight!!! Also just started and it’s saying I should eat 2100 calories, feels a bit much for someone like me trying to lose weight

If you’re eating less than 1500 calories, you’re not healthy.
Unpopular opinion from a former ED patient, but an average teen/young adult needs at least 2300 calories. Once you become and adult, that number only gets a couple hundred calories lower. I get that people have different metabolisms, but if you’re intuitively eating (eating when you’re hungry, stopping when you’re full)…
