I think I will have success because once I participated in a 10,000 steps per day program at work for United Healthcare where they paid $3 each time you achieved step goals and I made $800 in a year. I keep wanting to do this same thing but am so scared to lose the money. But seems like a very extra motivator then to lose weight. Any progress yet?
