I do a 4 day upper/lower split. I normally start the week with heavy legs then arms next day. I read somewhere you should do heavier days towards end of week to recover? My arms tend to get tired on lower days (short girl probs) so wondering if I should flip it, and start the week with bench press/upper day then "heavier"…

I’m a newbie
I’m using this app after many years on WW and the WW app. Yep - it’s a lifelong struggle. Anyway, gotta say I am loving the app. I started using it when I started 75 hard a few days ago. I was looking for something very structured and boy did I find it. Hope everyone is doing well and making progress towards their goals,…

Annual check-up "Oh oh!" - Getting back on track NOW
I've been going through some stuff and knew I had let my own needs take a back seat - but the numbers from my annual visit are a huge wake-up call. I knew I had gained back about ten pounds, but I did NOT realize I had turned my "good" glucose and lipid numbers back to high-risk values. I have a metabolic syndrome that…

Help Needed: Workout Plan for Sufferers of Long COVID
I caught COVID 3 times in 2 years. My exercise routine used to be a mix of boxing and Barry’s, 5-7 times a week depending on my schedule. After my last brush with COVID in April 2022, I have been finding it very difficult to head to the gym or anything physically draining because of my extreme fatigue and burning/sore…

Me, Again.
I lost 40 pounds just before the pandemic; gained it all back in the two years of isolation; trying to lose it again. Late sixties, fairly sedentary, not overly motivated, but here I go again.

Add support for All Drugs
I think, it would be very beneficial, for everyone, if the app also had support for Alcohol, smoking & all Illegal drugs and their effects on health, to be better aware of the harms, as well as to mitigate them. I believe, drug addiction is not a criminal probelm, its a physical & mental health problem & should be treated…

I took a break from MFP, but continued a healthy lifestyle, like all of us hit a bump in the road and need something to zero my focus on nutrition and fitness. A more intentional self-care approach.

Formerly lost 60 pounds on Naturally Slim (Wondr Health)
Hi, I’m Kenneth from Texas. My goal is to lose 27 pounds with the help of MyFitnessPal. My goal weight is 181. I visited a dietitian and he calculated that to lose 1.5 pounds a week I should limit my calories daily to 1,800. This app is so helpful in tracking what I consume. It’s all about regaining discipline in my diet.…

Stomachaches after Eating?
Does anyone else experiences stomachaches after eating? It doesn’t matter what I eat or how much I eat, I always get stomachaches after. Could this be a sign of food allergies? I’m going to start logging what foods I eat to see if there are patterns.

I lost 100 lbs on MFP and now want to coach. Rate my coaching brochure?
MFP forums are where I got my weight-loss started, and I learned SO much from these threads (especially the recipe ones, the Maintenance ones, etc). I found so many reasonable and straightforward people who use this tool, so I feel like I need your collective wisdom and advice! After losing 95-100 lbs on MFP in 2018, I've…
