Weight loss goal achieved
At the start of the year, I set myself to lose weight in the first four months. Started everyday strict keto + 30 min HIIT. Today, I landed at 77 kg, after losing 15 kgs and 7% body fat. I’m gonna reset my goal to lose another 7 kgs and 4% bf. Hardwork yields. Keep going everyone ! 💪🏼

I’ve always heard when doing keto you have to sort of reset yourself and eat carbs every now and then. If so, how often, how much, and for how long?? Or, has anyone ever had success doing keto through the week and more just low carb on weekends? Does that defeat the purpose?

Does keto cause mood swings?
I’ve done keto before but don’t remember these mood swings. I’m on day 6 and they started around day 3. It’s not hunger related I’m not hungry Im just very moody. I’m wondering if this will pass and how long it will last and if there’s anything that will help with it. I am pretty strict keto mostly all Whole Foods.
