Hi everyone. I'm doing a version of keto without dairy (eggs are ok) and limiting my fats. It's essentially meat and veggies with some healthy fats. I need recipe ideas! 95% of the recipes I find include cheese or gallons of heavy cream. Basic meat and veggies gets old really quickly.

Age and counting calories with keto
For the past several years, I've found that I cannot lose weight on keto unless I also count calories. I can lose weight if I keep the calories below 1200 - 1400. I think my age may have something to do with it. I'm 66. Anyone else have this experience?

Macros- How many times do I count this?
Recently switched from coffee to a herbal coffee substitute. It has 3g carb per bag of tea. I can use the bag 3x. Just wondering if I should count it once and continue to use it as long as I can. Or, does it count as 3g each time?

Collagen Protein - to count, or nah?
I was recently told that I don't need to/shouldn't count the protein from my collagen powder (vital proteins) towards my total daily macro. Is this accurate?
