I'm customizing my nutrition goals, but I'm not sure how much I need of some things...
Like I updated my carbs to 5% which is about 18 grams of carbs daily.. even though my goal is no more than 20, I guess 18 is close enough and will have to do. But what about calories, protien, fat?? Those are the main ones I will be concerned with on the LCHF diet. Any input would be greatly appreciated! :p

Herbal/fruit teas
blimey just bought some new Apple and cinnamon tea bags and found they have 1.9 carbs per tea bag! Shocked as I have stopped all tea and coffee only drinking herbal and find they have carbs, any recommendations for hot drinks or alternatives to water?

according to the keto calculator i needed to up my cals, which i have done. at first weight still came off and now its slowing a bit. should i lower my total calorie intake? or hmmm. more exercise . or is 1400 cals a day just right? its more than i have eaten in a long time.

In mfp how do i set my target max carbs to 20 gms ?
It is not even letting me change my hoal to 5 percent which is better than at 30 gms or 10 percent carbs it has me on right now. Also if i set the sugars and fiber to total more than max carbs it will totally do that.

Ok, so pre keto I always had something carby before evening activities like night class, club meeting, movie night etc. What would you recommend for a light, quick energy snack? Beef jerky is expensive and the flavored types have too many carbs. :( I also basically have a caffeine iv drip, so more coffee isn't the answer :p
