Does anyone else still get cravings?
Am I doing something wrong? I still am getting cravings for certain things, despite being faithful to the LC way of eating. Not sweets so much, but I am craving a glass of milk in the worst way LOL. Just curious if I am not low carb enough or is this just a "thing" that happens...

So i just recently changed my eating from high protein to higher fat because i started lifting weights about 3 weeks ago and i wasnt having enough energy. Upping the fat i get has helped with that but when i weighed myself this morning it says i was up SIX pounds. Maybe i should go back to higher protein? advice?

I ave been doing ketosis for approx 4 weeks. I am getting very dry eyes and also itchy skin. Anybody else getting this? Is this due to lack of some mineral - magnesium, sodium, potassium, etc?

Weight loss stall- go higher fat or go on an intermittent fast?

Out of curiosity, how many grams of fiber are you getting per day staying under 20 grams net carbs? I am usually around 9-13 grams. Is that enough?

I've been doing some reading, and apparently under 50 grams puts most people in ketosis. I'm on 25 grams and I'm wondering if that's too low? I'm 18, female, 5' 2" and pretty active. I like that I'm losing 2 lbs a week, roughly. But is there such a thing as too few carbs?
