What are your most useful weight loss tools?
I was just wondering what tools and tricks everyone uses to keep yourself of track, to keep motivated, or whatever, as long as it helps you with your weight loss journey. Wow, this year has flown by. My challenge is going to be maintaining. With Thanksgiving and social events, I think that will be a plenty big challenge. I will use all the tricks in my bag of them, to stay below my goal weight.

Fall is really here. I'm grateful I am in a state where that is one of the best seasons. Enjoying watching the trees turn color and the geese are back in the pond at the park.

Hip replacement surgery
Hi friends, just wondering if anyone has had hip replacement surgery and if so how was the rehab. I am having the surgery done in 3 weeks. My biggest concern is how long before I can be active again. APRIL CHALLENGE
Sorry, the new month caught me by surprise. I am continuing with my upping my steps challenge. Hopefully the weather will be nice and I can get more steps in on a daily basis. I am also going to start getting to my daily goal for carbs 5%. Too many days I was over last month, so time to refocus on that.
