Snacks?
I'm having a hard time finding paleo snacks that are lower in sugar (ie. not fruit). I'm trying to lose weight so I'm attempting to cut sugar out of my diet as much as possible but that seems to be ruining my options for snacks... Anyone have low sugar snack ideas?

Can you eat to much protien?
This may be a stupid question but I haven't completely read through my book yet. Can you get to much protien on the paleo diet? I remember when I drank protien shakes in the past I was told to only get 30g in each drink. If you get more than that, the rest turns to sugar in your body. Is that right?

Salmon Sage Scramble: 1 2.5 oz of Chicken of the Sea Salmon (or cooked salmon filet mushed) 1 tbsp chopped onions 2 eggs 1 slice of cheddar (optional) Salt, Pepper, Sage butter/olive oil for the pan Instructions: Add to the pan in this order: oil, onions, salmon, eggs, salt, pepper, sage, cheese.
