Morning, Everyone! Today we are going to work on our arms a bit. Today's Challenge: Improve range of motion in your arms with 3 seated "lift and pour" exercises. You can actually do this while holding a pitcher of water or you can do this without. Just lift and poor without getting up. Just use your arms!
