To purchase soda or not for a party?
I have been soda free for almost 4 years. Have not wanted to go back, but having party tonight. Offering beer and really excellent wine ( no temptation for me). I have not had a fill for a year and a half... I just read somewhere that after your first year you may need 1 to 2 fills per year. Is this true? I feel like I need a fill, does the fluid go away or something after a while?

Not losing wieght???

Tired after eating?
