I am not a fan of cardio...so I do as little as possible. My "cheat" meals are calculated, if I go out then I estimate. The only time I did not count was my camping weekend, because I had no cell signal...but I came home and backlogged all 3 days (and I was waaaayyy over)

From Scooby's - a 25% calorie reduction would be giving you 1304 cals, and that's aggressive. 20% reduction would give you 1391. So feel free to have a snack between breakfast and lunch :) as long as you weigh it of course

Yes it's basically just pure fiber to fill you up. I bought a trial of the fettucini, rice, and spaghetti from Amazon and I absolutely love the stuff because it allows me to have more cheese/sauces/meats with my "pasta" :D

Why not just add water/ice....you're already putting fruit into the smoothie, skip the fruit juice

I get off work at 7am and go to sleep by 8am. Wake up by 3pm and start my day and also my logging. But I meal prep and pre log a lot so that's how I stay on track.
