Does anyone have any ideas on names of juices that are low in sugar & not from concentrate that I can mix with my morning fruit/veggie smoothies? Noticed Simply Lime Juice is too sugary...

I have used coconut water in smoothies. Only a little sugar: 11 ounces has 60 calories.0

Why not just add water/ice....you're already putting fruit into the smoothie, skip the fruit juice0

Why not try rice milk or lite soy milk or even lite milk although i don't think there's anything wrong (from a dieters perspective) with full cream milk. The milks are better than juices because they will be more nutritious.0

Not a fan of water in my smoothies, but I second the coconut water recommendation. Sweet tasting, but with much lower sugar content than fruit juices. That's assuming you've already ruled out low fat milk or plain yogurt! These give you a calcium boost along with the fruit/veg benefits of the smoothie, and any sugars in milk are lactose or lactulose (i.e. good sugars).0
