Are you a pickle fan? Our state fair had giant pickle wraps on a stick. They were Clausen pickles though :# so I just ate the ham and cream cheese from the outside. I'm a pickle snob!

I definitely feel like it was a good thing to try, if nothing else for some self discovery. As a family we eat more vegetables and less boxed crap as a whole, and it helped me to identify things that contribute to my overeating.

I tried it and enjoyed it. I lost 8lbs in 3 weeks and was not going low carb. I was breastfeeding and ate plenty of potatoes and even white rice. I was actually thinking about revisiting it. How do you feet about pilates? That is virtually zero impact, and I did definitely notice a slim down in my hips/thighs when doing it regularly. (I am a heavy pear shape)

this! I am still heavy, and can't say that my legs are smaller, but the appearance has definitely improved already with weight training. My inner thighs are quite jiggly still, but it's early for me.

@vanessaaorth717 I hope that helps. Increased fiber always makes me feel bloated and gross. I do have to watch protein shakes for that reason. Anything with Inulin or chicory root fiber kill a my stomach! I always buy the simplest ones with little to no fiber.

I find it generally pretty easy to do lean gains style, which is what you've described throughout the week. I really eat no more or less for lunch if I eat breakfast or not. (If I brought it/ordered it whatever I usually finish it) therefore, breakfast just equals more calories. Weekends are much harder with more idle time…

Milk of magnesia is the only thing for me. Senna teas, stool softener, laxatives, bottles of mag citrate (barely anything)produce no results. Just make sure you don't have plans. When they say may produce resulted in 1/2 an hour, they mean it. Bonus, the generic is super cheap!
