Yes! I did Omad of whatever I wanted and it was just a see saw for me. I can eat a lot of brownies in an hour. Currently mostly fooda, no gluten/dairy. Not as strict as paleo but a lot of the general ideas. It is working much better.

how dark? I'm up to 90% which is fabulous, actually. I have tried some other brands that were less % but just were not good. Lindt is definitely the way to go for dark chocolate. <3

I use almond milk for cooking, coconut oil in place of butter (tasty on veggies with salt). I use good mayo or avocado to replace the creaminess you get from cheese on a sandwich. definitely by default, only eating one meal a day and maybe a snack. It is just very high up in the abdomen/underboob area. I would not expect to hold water weight there, but who knows?

I lasted 5 days once. I had some outside unhealthy stress contributing, though. I really felt much better than expected physically. I finally caved when sleep became difficult.

question, I keep getting this strange feeling that I am contributing to it. It feels like I took cold medicine, like my head is strangely clear and my nostrils must be 10x their normal size. Is it just me? is this the clear headed/focus feeling some people get? Sorry for the strange visual :D

I love a fatty pork roast in the crock pot. Then you can have roast, brown it up for carnitas, or whatever you'd like. I maid the version from a paleo cookbook, "Well Fed" I think. just meat with lots of garlic and Italian seasoning. I always thought that sounded weird on pork, but it is so good.

I have also seen it in the domestic cheese area, it was called "grilling cheese." Maybe not exactly the same, but Very similar.

I second the cream cheese... I love pickle wraps, but eat them as fast as I can make them. I just recently discovered pickle wrap dip. So simple, I should have been doing that all along. cream cheese, sour cream, cut up pickles, and a little bit of thin deli meat. Waaay easier and I can eat it with a spoon.

I have that same issue, so I started buying the Unsalted Almonds. Still good, just not too good. I can more easily eat a reasonable amount of them.
