Mrs. Dash (and the store brand equivalent) seasoning mixes. I have southwest, savory, onion & pepper... and they're all no salt added. We also use veggie broth or "soup starters".

Diet Dr. Pepper is supposed to taste exactly like regular Dr. Pepper. I have always drank diet sodas and to me a regular soda tastes WAYY too sugary, it tastes gross. But everyone I know who has switched from regular to diet says Diet Dr. Pepper is the best. Coke Zero is also very good in taste.

Especially fruit! I log everything including coffee (because I add sugar/creamer or mix it with cappucino) and vitamins. I don't record diet sodas or water. Fruit has tons of calories.

An OB is a surgeon, why would you ask them about breastfeeding? It's not a "sensitive" thing really, it's fairly common knowledge and easy to find out that breastfeeding uses calories, and estimates for how many are on many websites.

Log your food and count the actual calories. Just eating a specific type of food does not make you lose weight.

Make sure your activity level is set correctly, and then maybe pick a more reasonable goal like .5 lbs. How much do you want to lose total? Since you've already been using another site you've clearly been dieting already and the weight isn't going to come off as fast as it does when you first started.

Well yeah, you would add it to your diary yourself. The program also doesn't know if you add ketchup to something, you have to put it in the computer.

Then your calories would still be below your goal. When you log your food for the day, MFP will say "So and so was below their goal" or just "so and so logged their food" if you went over.

Okay yeah the ones with the fake powder stuff on it do taste good, but that's the powder, not the rice cake ;) Plain ones, you have to slather with peanut butter and honey and then whats the point?
