Hey hey! Just super quick update. Been busy as a bee this week but managed to do the mini goal. I had zucchini, grated and mixed into an egg muffin. Was really delicious! Going to make more as it's simple and could be a staple for breakfasts. Going to be an even busier weekend as I'll have three of my BFFs to hang…

Hi everyone! Sorry I've been MIA all last week (BFF had her dad pass so I've been with her, funeral is tomorrow). Food has been so-so (healthy but portion size was massive). Goals: 1. Log everyday and copy to Instagram 2. Use soda water with orange juice/ diet cordial flavours (trying to say no to coke etc). 3. Do 10 mins…

Hey everyone, I haven't been on much this week, which has lead to a lot of over eating. Family visits, bad news on my healing leg and (sorry boys) ladies time have just made it a crappy week. I did all my physio as per my goals but other than that I achieved nothing. In fact apparently I gained 1.1kgs. I will do better in…

So I finished on a crappy note last week (healing of the leg is not going well according to dr). Goals: 1. Attend water physio 5 times 2. No soft drink (soda water is ok) 3. Do 3 laps of dads backyard a day I may add to it and will post when I have more information.

@WVMountainMamma congrats! That's a great reward and I'm glad you like the motivation jars. You'll be able to really see your progress as your doing so well on your journey!

Now I realize in posting to myself and I'm late in posting (sorry me), but I just wanted to post that I did in fact teach my go of 2kgs by v-day. So yay! Winner winner chicken dinner! Mmmmm chicken.
-
Hey all! So I weighed in and lost 0.5kgs/1.1lbs. Yay! I am happy with that. Still nervous about my docs appointment but I'll let you know.
-
I'm sorry to hear about your splints @jocoblossoming. I would recommend taking it easy coz training/physio with an injury is hard when you can see all your MFP friends getting there workout on and rocking it. I'm checking in again because I'm really nervous about 2 things. 1. Nervous about weigh in tomorrow. I may have had…

There really needs to be a like button! I'm happy for everyone success!

I agree with @ScrAgnX in regards to eating what you crave but doing being mindful of portion sizes and in moderation. You might have noticed in my shard diaries that I tend to have something like chocolate everyday! I'm not strong enough to say no yet but I will only have it if it fits into my calories. If I say no but…
-
Thanks @ScrAgnX, that's the aim. It'll help me come to grips with the changes in me mentally as well a physically.
-
Thanks @ScrAgnX. And thank you to everyone who has shared their thoughts and goals already. It prompted me to have a day of reflection and determine what it is that I really want. Previously I've just said an obscene number and tired and failed. This time I'm taking it slow and era lily thinking about all the little steps…

Thanks so much for sharing @cincysweetheart, @WVMountainMamma and @shballa. It really helps me get an idea as to what others are doing and what works for them. I'm still working on my goals but haven't thought anymore about adding rewards to them. I do think that loosing the weight and seeing the results in my clothes and…

Ah I forgot to post how I thought I might pay for everything! This is the activity assassin. For every workout, class, physio session etc. that I do, I will put $1 into it. The more I workouts I do, the more fitter I get and hopefully more weight I loose. I can then reward myself. It's just something I spotted on google…

Congrats on the loss @WVMountainMamma!! (*) that's bloody brilliant in 2 weeks! You should be chuffed. :) Just updating you all on my goals this week. I have successfully completed no.2 & 3 (set up Instagram and body measurements, respectfully). If you would like to see some daily pictorial updates on Instagram, my handle…

@Italian_Buju I totally had one of those days too.....and I just discovered why. I was too cold so I was eating food to keep warm. It was the air conditioner. Now that it's turned off I don't feel hungry, I'm not full nor am I now hungry. I wasn't bored either as I was busy-ish today. @KimWW and @jocoblossoming I totally…

The last week is nearly over! I will be weighing on the 15th instead, thankfully I have no bf to expect any V-Day stuff from :s lol I just want to keep my normal weigh in day. I enjoyed this challenge, even if I might be finishing it by myself...hahaha :#

Hi there! I'm a 27 year old teacher from Australia with 135lbs to lose (60kgs), 3.3lbs(1.5kgs) down in my first week. I've been on MFP before but didn't take it this seriously. I think I've finally got the frame of mind to do this. I also have a healing broken leg and tendons at the moment, so the best I can do is physio…
-
Hope everyone is well
-
I have physio tomorrow so we will see how that goes. I also struggled a bit with food today as I hadn't planned it out like I usually do. Nearly ate a whole bag of choc chip biscuits but manage to avoid that bombshell with 2 small potatoes...mmmm Have made sure to plan for tomorrow so it doesn't happen again, I'm also…

A lot of us have some really personal battles we have won in the last year. I'm really glad that I feel like I can share myself amoungst such open people as well and get/give support. So thanks for being you! I had a tough day, for me. I had a win in the morning by being able to cut 9 laps around my dad backyard in show of…

So it might not seem right for this thread but I'm totally happy about it and wanted to share. I have a healing broken leg with torn ankle tendons and I suck at long distances on my crutches (I wear a moonboot now), but today I totally managed to do 9 complete laps of my dads big backyard and I'm super happy about that.
-
I use chewing gum at the moment and it really helps. I'm a late night snacker, but with some water and gum I can usually get over it. During the day I come up with a little weightloss motivational project I can work on like I made this on a Sunday afternoon. For every kilo I loose a pebble goes into the other jar. It now…

Hey there! I've got 135lbs to loose. Anyone can feel free to add me.

Hey! I've got a healing broken leg and torn tendons in my ankle so the most I am able to do at the moment is my water physio. Maybe water aerobics might be the go for you to give the leg some time to heal and strengthen up? I can't believe how much more of a flex I have in my ankle I have, after only 3 sessions. Give it…
-
Hello people!! Okay my goals for this week are: 1. To attend 3 water physio sessions this week 2. To create an Instagram account to record my progress in photos 3. To begin measuring my waist, hips, thighs and arms 4. To drink 1 green tea a day! I tried green tea once and they made it waaayyyy toooooo strong and I gagged…
-
@Italian_Buju you had a hard week but should I definately be proud that you were able to bounce back so quickly. You also tried to find alternatives when things weren't going right, that's an excellent demonstration of your motivation and drive to make a healthier you. You have new plans for next week and will definately…
