To start, I am not a crazy heavy lifter as I almost never go for PRs, and hardly do less than 8 reps per set. I always warm up, with about 10 min or so on the eliptical to loosen up. Then about 15-20 reps with low weight with what ever I am doing.

Sedentary is what I would go with.

I have never used one, but I have also cooked professionally for over 15 years. I have literally portioned thousands of pieces of fish, meat, veggies, starches etc into various portion sizes of ounces etc.

Weights 4 days a week, upper body lower body split. Focus on compound lifts. It takes about 1.5-2 hours, mostly because I enjoy longer breaks between sets. Jiu Jitsu 3-4 days a week, which is for sure strength training. 10 min slow sparing/rolling 1 hour instruction, drilling followed by 25-30 min hard sparing. Cardio 3-4…

There is tons of great apps for in home dumbbell workouts. One of the most popular is honestly just called "Dumbbell Home Workout". I know there is a free version, and a payed version. Not sure how much the pay one is. I bought a pretty good kettle bell app for only 3$, and use it all the time

Keto is not some magic diet. It still requires that you count calories, and look at nutrition as a whole.

Plenty of people have, already given some good tips. Following a diet isn't easy. You can not assume to have all the same foods and portions and lifestyle as before. It seems to me like you are giving yourself excuses to fail. Pleny of people work busy schedules, have plenty to do and still find time to exercise, plenty of…

Don't see that being a problem if you have an output for,it

I've professionally cooked, for many years, weights are always pre-cooked/raw. Depnding on the meat, moister level, degree of cooking etc, you can expect the cooked meat to lose anywhere between 20%-30% of the original weight.

"Breakfast is the most important meal of the day". That's actually just a marketing plan from breakfast cereal companies to boost profits. I wake up at 4:30 am and don't really eat a meal till 10:30 am.

I never take one. Eating a well balanced diet is the best way to get all the minerals and vitamins you will need. Multiple studies have shown that the human body has a much easier time metabolizing the vitamins from the foods you eat, than the synthetic ones that come in a pill. However, taking a multivitamin certainly…

Its fine. Yet there is something to be said about the sustainability of salmon and other certain fish. That is a drastically different story.

I usually eat dinner around 5:30pm. Then I have a small snack before I go to bed around 8:00pm. But, that has more to do with the fact that I wouldn't be able to fall asleep with a full stomach. I also eat early because my day starts around 4:30am when I get up. Plus; wouldn't the time people actually end their day and go…

Between me and my wife, about $100-$125 dollars a week. Though in the summer, we use our garden to full advantage and don't bother to buy veggies from our supermarket. We just pick them from our garden. We home can tomatoes for winter, dry peppers, blanch and freeze peas. Pickle beets, etc anything to stretch our garden.…

Have you ever thought, that maybe in your area you just have bad tasting water? Try getting a refrigerator filter/pitcher and try that. Maybe there are dissolved minerals in your tap water you find off putting.
