I’ve recently started a version of the paleo diet. Would love to find some fellow paleo dieters! Maybe to share support, motivation, and maybe even recipes! Feel free to add me

I’m more of a primal diet follower similar to paleo1

What are your reasons? I personally found it too restrictive and the science murky so I stopped and went back to just healthy eating with a good dose of chocolate.4

The paleo title is a complete misnomer. Real Paleolithic people would've eaten everything they could, whenever they could, which if you were living in northern Europe wouldn't have been a choice of exotic foods from around the world on a January day.
A true paleo diet would be more like fasting, with the winter months surviving on starvation rations, then fattening yourself back up in the summer and Autumn.3
