Weight training three days a week and running 3 days a week, usually mon weds fri for that
Tues Thursday sat and sometimes fridays is all about Brazilian jiu jitsu1 -
I do a video of some sort every morning. Usually cardio based like kickboxing, but also dance, yoga, circuits with dumbbells, etc. 2-3x/week after work is lifting(free weights). 1-3x/week run or walk.0
