If you drink a protein shake daily, add that to it instead of milk. That's what I do with my oatmeal instead of water. So I end up with chocolate oatmeal. Delucious

ON usually has great tasting whey proteins. Personally haven't tried the vanilla ice cream one but I CAN say double chocolate, cookies&cream, strawberry & the chocolate malt ones are SO good.

I do 1 scoop of whey with my breakfast, 1 scoop of whey after my workout & 1 scoop of casein protein before bed.

I usually workout late afternoons so when I get home i shower, eat a post-workout meal and slam a slow digesting protein shake and go to sleep. It's fine to eat before bed, as long as you're staying within your caloric limit. Gives your body somethin to do throughout the night.

I still haven't ventured from oatmeal and egg whites... What I did do tho is pour half of my chocolate protein shake into my oatmeal and microwave it with that instead of with water. Tastes great!

I've found that, for ppl I've worked out with atleast, fasted cardio seems to work great for shedding fat. I just got hooked on grapefruits! Low calories and its lowers your insulin levels which is good for burning fat! Love 'em!

I did cheat meals once a week. Then as I got used to that I started doing a cheat meal once every 2 weeks. And I'm actually starting to just eat up to my maintenance level once every 2 weeks. A cheat DAY would be awesome tho lol.

I was logging "Large Gala Apples" from the MFP database for the longest. 80cal each. When I finally weighed the large gala apples I've been buying, turns out they're all within the 125-135 calorie range. Smh!

Be accurate. I weigh what I eat. Since I meal prep, I just make sure to slice up & weigh an apple instead of taking an entire Apple with me to work. So that I know how much I'm eating. Good question. A lot of ppl (proof is on your reies) just eat it and log of with a generic calorie count. Resulting in inaccurate daily…
